About Golden Triangle And Chambal Safari Tour
A carefully designed 8-day tour , that takes in the popular tourist circuit known as India’s Golden Triangle, of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, along with a wildlife safari in the Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary. The cruise on the Jungle river offers closer views of the dramatic landscapes surrounding the river and gives the opportunity to discover the abundant wildlife of this area. The Chambal National Sanctuary is home to several highly endangered species of birds and animals, including the Gharial, Gangetic Dolphins, Marsh Crocodiles (Muggers), several species of Turtles, Smooth Coated Otters, Indian Striped Hyenas, Jungle Cats, Golden Jackals, Indian Wolves and foxes, etc. The Chambal National Sanctuary also attracts birdwatcher's, since it boasts of over 300 species of resident and migratory birds the Indian Skimmer, the Greater Thick-knee, the Small Pratincole and Lapwings.

Day 1Arrive Delhi
You will be met on your arrival at Delhi International Airport and transferred to the hotel of your choice. Delhi, India’s capital, and a city of over 15 million inhabitants, is where your Golden Triangle and Chambal Safari tour begins. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 2In Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a full day sight-seeing tour of Old and New Delhi visiting - The Red Fort, Friday Mosque -- Jama Masjid, The silver street of Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, The Hindu temple -- Birla Mandir, The India Gate, The Rashtrapati Bhawan -- President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and The Bahai Temple. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 3Delhi- Jaipur
After breakfast depart for Jaipur by road (265 kms / 05 hrs). On your arrival in Jaipur check-in at the hotel of your choice. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 4In Jaipur
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day city tour of Jaipur visiting: visiting Hawa Mahal -- The Palace of Winds, The Jantar Mantar, The City Palace and the Amber Fort. Your tour includes a ride up to the Fort on an Elephant's back Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 5Jaipur-Agra
After breakfast depart for Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri (250 kms / 05 hrs) . On your arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel of your choice. Overnight in Agra.
Day 6Agra-Chambal
Sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. After breakfast, visit Agra Fort and then depart for Chambal (70 kms/01 hr). The Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary was set up in 1979 by the beautiful Chambal River. On your arrival check in at the Chambal Safari Lodge. Later, river safari into the Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight at the Chambal Safari Lodge.
Day 7In Chambal
Early morning jeep safari into the Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary and later you will be taken for a river safari into the sanctuary. Overnight at the Chambal Safari Lodge.
Day 8Chambal-Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Delhi (270 kms/ 05 hrs) airport in time to board your flight back home.
