After early breakfast, depart for Agra by road (280 kms /06 hrs) en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. After breakfast transfer to Agra railway station, intime to board the Shatabdi Express (0811/1045 hrs) for Jhansi. Met on your arrival at Jhansi railway station and drive to Khajuraho (180 kms/04 hrs). On your arrival in Khajuraho check in at the hotel Radisson. Set amidst landscaped gardens, the 90 room Radisson, Khajuraho, is a good place to stay in this city of Temples. The Radisson is only 2 kms from the Temples. After breakfast, depart for Pench by road (200 kms/05 hrs). On your arrival in Pench check in at the Pench Jungle Camp. Located very close to the Pench National Park, the Pench Jungle Camp, offers excellent tented accommodation. Said to be an “unknown jewel” among India’s many Tiger Reserves, the Satpura National Park has an extremely rich history, it has some of the finest tracts of forests, and is destroyed with an amazingly rich flora and fauna. The Satpura National Park, though seems to have been over shadowed by it’s more well known neighbouring National Parks of Pench, Kanha and Bandhavgarh, is certainly worth a visit. The Satpura National Park offers excellent wildlife viewing, and amongst the species one can spot here, in addition to Tigers are, Leopards, several species of Deer including Sambar, Chital and four horned Antelopes, Wild Boar, Wild Dogs etc. Satpura also offers a variety of birds, and an excellent birding experience. Located close to the Satpura Tiger Reserve, is the exquisitely designed conservation focused Reni Pani Jungle Lodge, which has 12 Luxury Air-conditioned Cottages, spread across 30 acres of forest like landscape, with magnificent trees, a sprawling meadow, and even a stream running through it.
