Day 1Arrive Delhi

You will be met on your arrival at Delhi International Airport and transfer to hotel The Park. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2In Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a full day sight-seeing tour of Old and New Delhi visiting - The Red Fort, Friday Mosque -- Jama Masjid, The silver street of Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, The Hindu temple -- Birla Mandir, The India Gate, The Rashtrapati Bhawan -- President's House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and The Bahai Temple. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 3Delhi-Amritsar

Transfer to Delhi railway station, in-time to board the Shatabdi express (0720/1325 hrs) for Amritsar. Met on your arrival in Amritsar and transfer to Hotel Hyatt Amritsar. Later this afternoon, visit the Wagha Border - the international border between India and Pakistan where the pomp and pageantry of the Beating Retreat & Change of Guard ceremonies make for a most charming spectacle. Overnight in Amritsar.

Day 4Amritsar-Dharamsala

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a sight-seeing tour of Amritsar visiting The Golden Temple and the Jallian Wala Bagh. Later depart for Dharamsala by road (200 kms /4 hrs). On your arrival in Dharamsala check into the hotel Surya Resort. Overnight in Dharamsala.

Day 5In Dharamsala

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a full day sight-seeing tour of Dharamsala visiting the Tsuglagkhang Complex, the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Parliament, Tibetan Library, Tibetan medical and Astrological institute, Norbulingka, a visit to the tea garden and tea factory, St. John's Church and the Naddi village. Overnight in Dharamsala.

Day 6Dharamsala-Manali

After breakfast, depart for Manali by road (265 kms /06 hrs). On your arrival in Manali check into the Solang Valley Resort. Overnight in Manali.

Day 7In Manali

Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. For those seeking a bit more activity, excellent options are available for ski-ing, hang gliding, river rafting, take a short hike, visit the Mountaineering Institute and the apple orchards or just relax in scenic surrounds. Overnight in Manali.

Day 8Manali-Shimla

After breakfast, depart for Shimla by road (260 kms /08 hrs). On your arrival in Shimla check into the hotel Radisson Jass. Overnight in Shimla.

Day 9In Shimla

Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. For those seeking a bit more activity, excellent trekking options are available around Shimla as well as short walks to Kufri and Mashobra. Overnight in Shimla.

Day 10Shimla – Kalka - Delhi

After breakfast, depart for Shimla railway station, intime to board the Himalayan Queen Toy Train (1030/1610 hrs) for Kalka. Arrive Kalka and connect further train for Delhi (1745/2155 hrs). Met on your arrival in Delhi and transfer to hotel The Park. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 11Depart Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure in Delhi until transfer to the International Airport in time to board your flight home.
